This video will take you through way to approach a pile of LEGO bricks to help you get started in a LEGO Serious Play experience. In a face-to-face workshop, we call this the “Skills Build.”

It’s not so much about the skills of putting the bricks together (although it is a fantastic opportunity to experiment with that), but more to give you some start-to-finish experience with the process we’ll use. We do this so that you’re comfortable with the process before there’s a stake it for the work you do.

To get started, you’ll need some LEGO (about enough to fill a teacup, and the more mixed-up and general purpose the better), and some music. Press play on the video, and follow it to get going..
